Is Murdering Right

Is Murdering Right?

Murder is defined as the crime of killing somebody.  People can be murdered deliberately or pre-meditated, by self-defense, or by aggravated assaultDepending on the type of murder conviction and the state the murder took place, people could be sent to prison for a period of time or even executed.

Premeditated is a murder that is a planned and carried out.  It is one of the most serious forms of homicide and the punishment is more severe than the other types of murder.  It usually consists of the death penalty or a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole.

Self-defense murder when a person is killed while trying to protect themselvesSelf-defense killing might be considered as manslaughter if the killer has established control of the situation before the killing took place. In this case, it is called justifiable homicide.

Aggravated assault is when a person is killed during a fight.  It can be defined as violence or any physical contact with another person without their consent.  One of the forms of aggravated assault is battery, which is the crime that represents the unlawful physical contact.

Needless to say, murdering someone is not right.  Murderers must be revengeful and angry people with a sick mind. It is hard to understand how anyone could actually take another person’s life. Unfortunately, our society probably will never see a murder-free day.  It would nice to live in a “real” safe community where everyone got along.
